Delia Baulwin was appointed to the Elk Grove Unified School District Board of Education to represent Trustee Area 4 in February 2025.

She is a dedicated mother, educator, and servant leader diligently serving Laguna Creek High School, John Ehrhardt, Marion Mix, Faulks Ranch, Stone Lake, Elliott Ranch, and Joseph Sims Elementary schools, and the greater district at large. She is someone you can count on to put students first and ensure teachers and staff have the adequate resources to ensure our district thrives.

Delia is committed to:

• assuring our campuses are safe and secure environments for optimal learning,

• strengthening the health and wellness of our students and staff to ensure EGUSD is a welcoming and accessible school district for all,

• building effective pathways for students to be college and career-ready,

• strengthening our Special Education and academic intervention programs to ensure our students have access to their education with the most effective resources,

• recruiting and retaining the best teachers and staff for our students, and

• safeguard responsible governance and fiscal management.
